Regular meetings of the Erie Shores Birding Association are held at 7:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month September through May, except December. We meet in room 201 of the Life Science Building at the Monroe County Community College, 1555 S. Raisinville Road, Monroe, Michigan 48161. The month of December is reserved for our participation in the National Audubon Society Christmas Bird Count.

Our monthly meetings include programs on subjects such as bird banding, hawk migration, bird songs, butterflies, plants, amphibians, endangered species, environmental concerns, habitat restoration, and birding in places like Costa Rica, Africa and Australia.

Refreshments are served after each meeting. We also offer mixed bird seed and black-oil sunflower seed for sale during the winter.
